Terms of Use

§1Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of Nirman Sathi (the "App"), published by Rachanatmak Engineering ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

§2License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own survey and construction-estimation work. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App itself.

§3Measurement & cost accuracy

Measurements from Plot Measurement, GPS Survey, and AR Measure depend on your device's own GPS, camera, and motion sensors, and on how carefully each point was captured — none of which we control. Cost figures from the Building Estimation module depend entirely on the rates and quantities you enter or import.

You are responsible for verifying any measurement, boundary, or cost estimate against a licensed surveyor, structural engineer, or other qualified professional before using it for a legal boundary determination, construction contract, permit application, or any decision where being wrong has real consequences. The App is provided as a working aid, not as certified survey or engineering output.

§4Acceptable use

• Don't use the App for anything unlawful, or in a way that infringes someone else's rights.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or extract the App's underlying code.
• Don't misrepresent App-generated measurements or estimates as certified professional work product.

§5Intellectual property

The App, its design, and its code are owned by Rachanatmak Engineering and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Your project data — the points, plots, tracks, drawings, and estimates you create — belongs to you.

§6Third-party services

The Interactive Map is built on the Google Maps SDK for iOS and is subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy. We're not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services the App relies on.

§7Your data

Nirman Sathi stores your project data locally on your device — see the Privacy Policy for the full detail. You're responsible for backing up your device if you want a copy of your data preserved outside it; we have no server-side copy to restore from.

§8Disclaimer of warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any measurement or estimate it produces will be accurate.

§9Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rachanatmak Engineering is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including losses arising from reliance on a measurement, boundary, or cost estimate the App produced. Our total liability for any claim arising from the App is limited to the amount you paid for it, if any.

§10Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may modify or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time.

§11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where App Store terms or local consumer-protection law require otherwise.

§12Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the "Effective" date at the top of this page will be updated. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
