§2What we collect
Rachanatmak Engineering does not operate a server for Nirman Sathi and does not receive, collect, or store any of your project data. There is no sign-up, no user profile, and nothing transmitted to us as you use the app. The data described below is created and kept by you, on your device.

§3Location
Nirman Sathi asks for location access, when in use, to center the map on where you're standing and to capture GPS survey points and waypoints. Location you capture is written into your project on-device. When the Interactive Map is open, your approximate position is passed to Google Maps to render the map view — see §5. You can deny or revoke location access at any time in iOS Settings; the app's location-dependent features simply won't work until it's granted again.
§4Camera & photos
The camera is used for AR Measure (distance, area, and height measurement in real space) and for attaching photos to waypoints or estimate records. Photos and AR sessions are processed and stored on your device — none of it is uploaded by the app.
§5Google Maps
The Interactive Map screen is built on the Google Maps SDK for iOS. Loading map tiles sends requests to Google's servers, which can include your approximate location and standard device/network information Google collects to serve those tiles. This exchange is between your device and Google, governed by Google's Privacy Policy — Rachanatmak Engineering does not see or store this traffic. Every other screen in the app works without any network request.
§6Where your data lives
All project data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. There is no Nirman Sathi cloud sync or backup — if you use iCloud Backup or your computer's own device backups, your projects are included the same way any other app's local data is; that backup relationship is between you, your device, and Apple, not Rachanatmak Engineering.
§8Your control
- Delete a project, and every point, plot, track, drawing, and estimate belonging to it is removed from your device.
- Revoke Camera or Location permission any time in iOS Settings → Nirman Sathi.
- Uninstalling the app removes its local data along with it, subject to your device's own backup settings.
§9Children
Nirman Sathi is a professional survey and construction-estimation tool, not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
§10Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the "Effective" date at the top of this page will be updated. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
