Naapi.
Naksha.
Nirman.
From measuring the plot to costing the build, Nirman Sathi carries the whole job in one iPhone — boundaries in ropani or metres, GPS survey, AR distances, DXF drawings, and a full BOQ, working offline out in the field.
Seven stations, one traverse
Every tool a site visit needs, chained together — walk the line from boundary to budget without leaving the app.
Plot Measurement
Sketch the boundary point by point. Edit any segment to an exact length and bearing, in metres, feet, or a genuine feet-and-inches pair — no more approximating 5′2″ as a rounded decimal. Triangulated edits keep the rest of the shape honest when one side changes.
GPS Survey & Tracking
Walk the site with live location tracking, drop photo waypoints as you go, and keep an eye on the accuracy reading — not every reading in the field is a good one, so Nirman Sathi tells you which is which.
AR Measure
Point the camera and measure distance, area, or height directly in real space — a tape measure that doesn't need a second pair of hands on the other end.
CAD Viewer
Bring your drawings into the field. Import a DXF exported from your CAD tool and review it against what's actually on the ground.
Interactive Map
Every project pinned on a real map, so the plot you drew and the ground it sits on are never more than a tap apart.
Unit Conversion
Metric, imperial, and the units the client's title deed actually uses — ropani-ana in the hills, bigha-kattha-dhur in the terai — converted correctly, not guessed at.
Building Estimation
Floor-by-floor building info feeds trade-by-trade estimators — concrete, steel, masonry, plaster, flooring, roofing, paint, MEP, labour — rolled up into a cost summary and a Bill of Quantities you can hand to a client, backed by a rate database you control.
Ropani isn't a rounding error here.
Most survey apps convert to square metres and stop. Nirman Sathi carries the hill system (ropani–ana–paisa–dam) and the terai system (bigha–kattha–dhur) as first-class units, right alongside metric and imperial — because that's what's written on the lalpurja.
Offline by design
Every project — every point, plot, track, drawing, and estimate — lives on your device. There's no account to lose signal waiting to sync.
No sign-up
Open it and start surveying. No login screen stands between you and the site.
No cloud dependency
Plot Measurement, AR Measure, DXF review, and Estimation all work with zero bars. Only live map tiles need a connection.
Your data, your device
Nothing is uploaded anywhere by default. Export what you need — KML, GPX, GeoJSON, CSV, PDF — when you're ready to share it.
